I take great pride in offering my customers the finest quality products at prices backed by my unruvaled customer service. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any product when it arrives, you can return it for a prompt refund or replacement.
I do my very best to offer the finest products available. I carefully evaluate every product for quality, performance and value before I make it available to you, my valued customer.
If for any reason (or no reason) you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase, you may exchange for any other product you'd prefer to try, or you may return the item and receive a prompt and courteous refund, no questions asked. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of order.
Your privacy is important to me. To protect your privacy I provide this notice explaining my information practices for all customers, online as well as phone, mail and fax.
I use the information collected from orders only to process orders. I do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete and ship orders. I use e-mail addresses only to reply to e-mail that I receive and to correspond regarding orders. These addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with any outside parties. In order to protect my customers from unwanted solicitations I do not rent, sell or share my customer list with any outside parties.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and ensure the correct use of information I have set up appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all information regarding my customers. You can access or correct personal information by contacting me through phone or e-mail correspondence. To protect your information I will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
In most cases, orders placed before 10am cst will be shipped the same day, but I do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS depending on your address.
